Communication Specialist
JOB SUMMARY: Conduct professional calling programs to businesses nationwide: surveys, lead generation and qualification, and customer care.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Conducts surveys and marketing services by telephone while
accurately entering data into a computer system; includes utilizing
effective high quality presentations.
- Maintains product knowledge to effectively and confidently
respond to questions.
- Meets company standards for accurate and timely entry of data
obtained through phone contacts.
- Creates a positive image for client in all contacts; includes
professionalism, excellent grammar, etc.
- Contributes to the success of the team by maintaining a positive
attitude, working harmoniously with the team and supervisor.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma with one year of college or business-related
courses preferred.
- Professional sales and/or call center experience. Business
to business preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; effective listening
skills.
- High energy level; self-confidence; positive attitude.
- Eager to learn' flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Ability to respond professionally to customer's concerns,
objections, and questions.
