Sales Supervisor
JOB SUMMARY: Supervises the fulfillment of tele-services campaigns through a sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION:
- Supervises the fulfillment of tele-services campaigns through a sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and stimulate repeat business; includes sales and potentially verification supervision; pre-test campaigns and provide timely feedback; training; analysis and reporting and quality assurance.
- Sets goals and accountabilities for the sales team to ensure attainment of company and customer goals.
- Monitors and evaluates performance against goals/accountabilities.
- Provides leadership, motivation, training and development for sales team.
Ensures sales team adherence to company’s policies and procedures and all telemarketing regulations.
- Manage call center schedule, monitor and communicate individual team performance, handle dialer & equipment problems and answer direct phone line.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- One-two years successful supervisory experience in a sales or customer service environment.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent oral skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Personal computer experience with knowledge of Excel a plus.
- Some college preferred.
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 12:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.
(Every 3rd Saturday 8:00 am – 2:00 pm) |
