Gary Mohr, a call center industry leader with 18 years of sales and service experience, has joined Marketlink, Inc. as manager of its Storm Lake (IA) Call Center.
“We are very pleased to have someone with Gary’s experience joining our team,” said Bob Beaman, Marketlink Sales Director. “His in-depth background in outbound sales programs at MCI will be a great fit for our Storm Lake Center, where we specialize in sales solutions for the communications industry.”
Most recently Mohr was Manager of Outbound Sales for MCI’s largest call center operation. Previously he served as Inbound Sales Manager and Quality Services Supervisor at MCI.
