Telephone Sales Representative
JOB SUMMARY: Sells services
and products by telephone on behalf of clients to achieve client
goals and in a manner directed by supervisor or manager.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Sell services and products to achieve client goals; includes
utilizing effective sales presentations, maintaining product
knowledge, and meeting availability expectations.
- Create a positive relationship for client in all customer
contacts.
- Contribute to the success of the sales team by maintaining
a positive, cooperative attitude and working harmoniously with
the team and supervisor.
- Meet company expectations regarding attendance and punctuality.
- Adhere to company's policies as outlined in employee policy
manual.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent verbal skills.
- High energy level; self-confidence; positive attitude.
- Eager to learn, flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Highly accurate, good with details.
- Previous sales experience desirable.
- Highly dependable.
- Keyboarding skills.
- High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
