SALES SUPERVISOR
JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the Center Manager, supervises the Call Center sales team to achieve client expectations for sales and quality.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Achieve client expectations for sales and quality through a sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and stimulate repeat business.
- Sets goals and accountabilities for the sales team to ensure attainment of company and customer goals.
- Develop phone representatives for sales success, campaign management, monitoring hourly performance.
- Ensures sales team adherence to company’s policies and procedures and all telemarketing regulations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- One-two years successful supervisory experience in a telemarketing or sales environment.
- Strong sales leadership; Authoritative/generalist management style preferred.
- Proven leadership and coaching skills.
- PC experience with knowledge of Excel a plus.
- Some college preferred.
SCHEDULE:
Monday – Friday 12:30 – 9:00 p.m. (Occasional Saturday)
