Marketlink’s executive team is highly experienced in all facets of the teleservices industry, business administration and management.
Kourtney Keough - President and CEO
Ms. Keough was named President and CEO in April 2009. She joined the firm in 1995 and previously served as Marketlink’s Director of Client Services before being named Vice President of Sales and Client Services in 1997. She led the team of account managers and supervisors who help grow the firms client base and revenue. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations from University of Northern Iowa and a Masters in Business Administration from Drake University.
Bob Beaman - Senior Vice President of Operations
Mr. Beaman manages Marketlink’s six call centers in Des Moines, Storm Lake, Carroll, IA and Fairmont, MN. He began his career at the firm in 2001 as Sales Director of the Fairmont, MN call center. Mr. Beaman spent more than 20 years in sales and marketing management for an international equipment manufacturer. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Drake University.
Sandy Dunn – Controller and Director of Administrative Services
Ms. Dunn, a 13-year Marketlink veteran, is responsible for coordination of company financial planning, budget management, and HR and IT departments. She holds an Associates degree from American Institute of Business in Accounting and Microcomputer Specialist and B.A. degree in Accounting from Upper Iowa University.
Andrea Henson - Director of Compliance and Production
Ms. Henson joined Marketlink in 2000 as an Account Manager, bringing a number of years of experience in consumer research. She previously served as the Operations Director for the firm. Currently, she is responsible for Compliance, Training, Quality Assurance and Production. She earned her M.S. from Iowa State University and a B.A. from St. Cloud State University.
Tonya Goos – Director of Client Services
Ms. Goos joined our Businesslink division in 2006 as Project Manager, bringing more than 10 years of sales and marketing experience from the software industry. She manages all aspects of the campaigns for existing clients and develops new business contacts. She earned her B.A. degree from Dordt College.
Peter Goddard – Training & Quality Assurance Manager
Mr. Goddard’s years of experience in outbound call center sales brought him to Marketlink in 2006 as our Sales Coach. He was promoted to Training Manager in 2007. He develops and facilitates all training for telephone sales representatives in four call centers. Mr. Goddard attended Marquette University.
Felicia Pinero – Business Analyst Supervisor
Ms. Pinero began her career at Marketlink in 2001 as a Client Support Specialist. She was promoted to CSS Supervisor in 2006 and Senior Business Analyst in 2008. As the Senior Business Analyst for Marketlink, she is responsible for the management, integrity and analysis of our data systems as well as data solutions for our clients. She attended the University of Iowa and Iowa State University.
Justin Simbro – Director of Business Development
Mr. Simbro, who first joined Marketlink in 2005 as an Account Manager, brings 10 years of experience in Management & Sales. He has a pioneering career reflecting strong leadership, and dynamic business growth. Mr. Simbro manages new business development for all lines of business. He attended GrandView College with a focus in Business Administration.
