Marketlink’s Fairmont Call Center Earns President’s Award

Marketlink’s Fairmont Call Center has earned the company’s 2009 President’s Achievement Award for the fourth year in a row. The award is given to one of their six centers with the most outstanding performance in meeting sales and quality goals for 2009 This is sixth win for this center since they opened in 2001.

“The employees at the Fairmont center are very hard working and dedicated” said Bob Beaman, Senior Vice President of Operations. “I attribute their earning this award for the 5th time to a great group of people and they deserve it!”

Through the Fairmont center and five other Midwest centers, Marketlink specializes in outbound calling programs for cable TV companies across the U.S. The Center employs 100 full and part time people and is located at 498 South State Street. They operate from 8:00 A.M. to 9:00 P.M. and offer a variety of work schedules.
