Promotions at Marketlink

Due to our continued growth a new position within the Client Support Specialist Group has been added. Matt Dow, a two year veteran, has been promoted to Lead Client Support Specialist. Matt will be responsible for assigning and managing strategic production related to new campaign starts and tasks based on client and Marketlink needs.
Another position has been added due to our growth. This position will allow more coordination of QA standards and training content to be aligned and consistent. Peter Goddard has been promoted to Training & Quality Assurance Manager. He will supervise three trainers and two QA representatives. Peter joined Marketlink in 2006 with over 20 years of telemarketing sales experience.
Marissa Mumma joined Marketlink in 2008 as a Supervisor in the Telecommunications Division. She was promoted to Team Manager in 2009 and now has been promoted to Call Center Manager of our new Carroll, IA location which opened in November 2009. Marissa holds a BA degree in Business/Public Administration from Drake University.
