Marketlink's Expands Carroll Call Center

Marketlink's Carroll Call Center, at 18657 Hwy 71 N, is expanding nearly 37% by adding at least 15 new employees for an 8:00 am – 12:00 pm shift. The center opened in November 2009 and today employs 50 people. The expansion initiative was needed to meet the demand for its services in 2010.
"The Carroll center is way head of schedule in the goals that were set in our projections" said Bob Beaman, Senior Vice President of Operations. "This is our sixth center and are thrilled that it is doing so well so soon. It says a lot about the work ethic in this area."
Larry Schultz joined the Carroll Call center as a Sales Supervisor. He brings 38 years of sales experience with him. Schultz has managed several radio stations and his leadership experience will be a valued asset to the center.
Michelle Green has also joined the Marketlink team as a Supervisor of the new morning team. She has several years of sales & leadership experience and received a B.A. from GrandView College in Des Moines.
Jennifer Stahl has been promoted from a Supervisor to Team Manager. Her experience, knowledge and positive attitude will be a great asset to the Carroll team.
